Welcome to Halliwell Homes
At Halliwell Homes we offer a range of CAMHS services suitable for complex needs children. Through our accreditation to the Pillars of Parenting we have ongoing access to a range of Chartered Psychologists who supply supervision, training, and support programs appropriate to each placement. Whilst offering a safe and nurturing home our aim is to address the young persons needs moving beyond focusing on behavior.- Halliwell Homes
- As a specialist provider for Children and young people Halliwell Homes’s aim is to address the young person’s needs moving beyond focussing on immediate behaviour but to facilitate long term development. To do this we have developed a extensive range of experience and expertise creating a holistic clinically informed practice.
Our residential Units and educational facilities are based in the Greater Manchester and Cheshire regions. We are able to accept placements for children and young people aged 5 - 16 on referral.
- The Practice Team
- At Halliwell Homes we have a developed Continual Professional Development (CPD) program. This is a major part of our practice model as it is of vital importance that our staff are able to be questioning towards and develop practice within a psychological and professional basis. To this end our staff have been trained within the Pillars of Parenting, training with the clinical team on identifying and managing adhd, aspbergers syndrome and complex learning difficulties, as well as individuals participating within NVQ development.
